POSITION SUMMARY
This is an administrative position competent in the use of computers, copiers, and all other small business equipment. This person must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills are essential; this position typically interfaces with company clients and employees. This person must have a customer service spirit, be detail oriented, contain organizational skills, and be able to work in an independent or teamwork environment.
This positions focus will be the timekeeping process. They will also be providing general administrative assistance throughout our company.
- Responsible for securing timesheets, entering time, and verification of any time/benefit discrepancies for the Fabrication Shop.
- Keep detailed and accurate notes on changes that may need to be made during payroll.
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Assisting with employee status changes.
DIRECTION RECEIVED
- The Timekeeping Specialist reports directly to the Payroll Specialist.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma.
- Timekeeping experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sitting at computer for long periods of time
- Making photocopies of documents
- Scanning documents electronically
- Primary office for this position will be in the South 18th Street fabrication facility
