Data Center Facility Manager

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000 Bonus
Overview :
We’re looking for a highly experienced Data Center Facility Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and critical infrastructure at a high-performance data center. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring 24 / 7 reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of facility operations, including power, cooling, and security.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to maintain uptime and efficiency.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support expansion and optimization projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Requirements :
8 years in data center operations or critical facility management.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, etc.).
Experience managing teams and working with contractors / vendors.
Certifications like PMP, Uptime ATD, or CDCP are a plus.
