- Engage with prospects and clients through inbound and outbound calls to assess their insurance needs
- Advise prospects on appropriate auto, home, life and business insurance options to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Educate clients on available insurance products and help them select the best policies based on their personal or business needs
- Drive sales results while maintaining a focus on the client's best interest and long-term relationship building
- Meet and exceed sales goals, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide excellent customer service, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Take advantage of our award-winning training program to enhance your knowledge of the insurance industry and improve your sales skills
- Stay up to date on product offerings and market trends to provide accurate and current advice to prospects
