- Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to outbound prospects
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products such as auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Understand clients's needs and recommend the best coverage options that align with their goals and budget
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and ensuring proper protection for their assets
- Follow up with leads and clients to close sales and maintin long-term relationships
- Participate in award-winning training programs designed to supprt your career growth and advancement in the insurance industry
- Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and best practices to offer the best solutions to your prospects
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales approaches
