We are seeking a motivated and licensed Life and Health Agent to join our team in San Dimas, CA. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a generous compensation structure. As a Life and Health Agent, you will be responsible for marketing to a wide range of clients, reviewing policies, and collaborating with a team of agents and underwriters. No cold calling is required you will work with an established base of clients, providing excellent service and guidance in the Life and Health insurance sectors.
Experience in the industry is not necessary but would help you start strong. Our award winning training will help you build from any stage in your career. We will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospects best interest first in order to properly protect them while improving their coverage. Compensation : Starting contract of $2,000 for the first 3 months to help you ramp up. 80 / 20 commission split on policies written, with potential for growth based on performance. Additional bonuses and incentives based on performance and team goals.

Responsibilities
- Marketing : Reach out to and build relationships with clients, leveraging our base of leads.
- Client Review & Presentations : Conduct policy reviews with clients, help them understand their options, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaboration with Agents : Work closely with fellow agents to strategize and share best practices for success.
- Outreach : Engage in outreach activities to promote products and services, helping clients understand their needs in both Life and Health insurance.
- Underwriter Coordination : Work directly with underwriters to ensure clients needs are met and policies are issued efficiently.
- Customer Service : Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and helping them with renewals or changes to their policies.
- Presentations : Present solutions to clients in collaboration with other agents, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
