Responsibilities:
- Read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions
- Verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage
- Punctuality
- perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals.
- Navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Machine Operator and Metal Extrusion experience
The base hourly pay range for this position is $22.80 - $24.00. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
