Responsibilities
- Month-End and Year-End Close: Prepare and review journal entries, supporting schedules, and account reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Project and Cost Accounting: Review cost accounting, inventory transactions, deviations to budgets, budget updates and fixed asset tracking.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit procedures.
- Tax and Compliance: Ensure alignment with company policies, regulations, and intercompany cross-countries requirements
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to monitor expenditures and ensure financial integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
Education and /Or Experience
- BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Manufacturing
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, SQL) and pricing optimization tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sharp business acumen and the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- A solid self-starter and collaborator who understands and can articulate deviations and requirements
- Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and pricing decisions
The annual base salary range for this position is $92,560- $127,270. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
