Main Responsibilities
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, including product costing, sales and margin reports, and COGS adjusting journal entries.
- Inventory Costing: Analyze and optimize inventory levels, manage inventory count processes, and investigate discrepancies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Commercial team to prepare sales forecast data, estimate material costs, and develop cost budgets for specific projects and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Pursuing a CPA designation (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or related field.
Physical Inventory Count Process
- Perform year-end physical inventory counts for Iuka, MS, and outside warehouse locations.
- Prepare D365 database for count and upload results into D365.
