Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of projects and initiatives in collaboration with Business Development, Business Unit Leads, and other stakeholders.
- Define and execute project scope, goals, roadmap, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and communication to ensure achievement of targeted outcomes.
- Proactively monitor progress, identify risks, discrepancies, and issues, and provide solutions-based input for resolution.
- Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Develop effective working relationships with business leads and be flexible in design changes and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with work experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- 5-10 years' project management experience, involving business improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Oorganizational and planning skills with high standards for quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Demonstrated self-starter with high energy, motivation, and tenacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
