SEAFOOD PROCESSOR / FISH CUTTER

- Willing to learn to clean, bone, slice, scale, and filet multiple varieties of fresh fish delivered daily to our location.
- Work in a refrigerated environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Work under tight deadlines.
- Follow safe work and sanitation standards
- Read, speak and write English.
- Train in Philadelphia, PA plant for several weeks.
Prior experience working the back of the house or as a Food Prep in a restaurant is a plus.
