Key Account Business Development Manager:
The Key Account Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key national and regional retail accounts to drive business growth. This role requires a strong financial understanding to develop P&L plans for each account, implement lift forecasts, and secure inventory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive business growth.
- Financial Planning: Analyze account profitability, develop P&L plans, and ensure financial alignment with sales objectives.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate 3-6 month sales forecasts based on industry trends and Circana (IRI/Nielsen) data.
- Promotional Planning: Develop and execute promotional programs that align with retailer strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management within the food industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial structures, P&L planning, and promotional forecasting. Proficiency in Circana (IRI/Nielsen) or similar market data tools.
