YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A CREDIT SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE I

As a Full-Time Credit Solutions Associate I at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will be instrumental in the timely and efficient collection of accounts, safeguarding the credit union from unnecessary losses. Your essential duties will include working closely with members to collect on a variety of loan products while meticulously documenting your collection efforts. You will regularly follow up on past due accounts according to our established review cycles and recommend the assignment of accounts for the watch list or repossession when deemed appropriate. Updating member information in the data processing system will be crucial, as will preparing documentation and reports for transmission to attorneys as directed by your supervisor. Additionally, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to counsel credit union members on money management, while also marketing other credit union services, cementing your role as a dependable resource in our collaborative community-driven environment.
