Qualifications Desired : Should enjoy serving individuals. Must be courteous, professional and out-going. Should have a good knowledge of customer service. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Must maintain composure during busy periods. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Role Description : To enhance quality service at the pool and tennis facilities. Responsible for the execution and completion of duty assignments. Maintain professional and business profile while acting as a SACC representative. High visibility during hours of operation. Close communication between membership, peers, supervisor, and manager. Interaction with the membership as necessary to maintain the high quality standards of the San Antonio Country Club.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
- Seek out the supervisor letting them know that you are present.
- Check with supervisor / manager for opening duties, if applicable, and check the duty section assigned.
- Check the menus / specials (and recipe composition).
- Provide the best service possible to all members / guests.
- Follow all policies / procedures.
- Coordinate with the supervisor / manager regarding breakdown (i.e. closing), clearing, and cleaning the areas.
- Responsible to check assignments (i.e. banquet functions), correctness and exacting accomplishment of assignments.
- To perform all other duties as directed by supervisor or Club manager.
- Must be able to work holidays and long hours if needed
- Required to work in other departments as needed (large functions and holidays)
Salary : $15
