Previously known as Green Beans Coffee Co., in San Antonio International Airport, is hiring immediately for Sales Representative/Cashier to join their team!
The Sales Representative/Cashier is responsible for fulfilling orders and completing sales transactions and performing other support functions which may include cleaning and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Ideal candidates will be high energy, self motivated, outgoing, and friendly, and be able to work as a team member in a high volume store. If you enjoy interacting with people, then this is the job for you!
Sales Representative/Cashier duties include:
- Greets customers and provides information about products and looks for opportunities to up-sell products
- Operates a cash register and receives payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
- Educates and informs customers about the differences among our hand selected locally sourced food products
- Cleans and stocks customer area
- Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- Must be flexible on schedule due to San Antonio Airport hours. Our current Hours of Operation are 4am to 6pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- Authorized to work in the US
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Some cash handling and customer service experience preferred
