Responsibilities and Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Respond to alarms and incidents, investigate disturbances, and provide emergency assistance as needed.
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to identify potential risks or hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security threats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective incident reporting and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high volume of alertness.
- Must be willing to adapt to a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements of the position described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform successfully.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Climbing stairs and walking on uneven surfaces
- Ability to stand for long periods, must be okay with working in a multi-level building.
