Med Surg Travel RN
- Plan, execute, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with the health care team.
- Evaluate medical information and provide direct care to pre- and post-surgery patients.
- Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
- If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
- Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
- Also referred to as : medical surgical registered nurse, M / S nurse, med surgical nurse.
