Position
SAS has an opening for a POS Support Supervisor, who will provide support to Retail locations through telephone and email correspondence.
Job Responsibilities
- Gain product knowledge on all SAS items and become a subject matter expert on SAS products.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for the product and the company’s philosophy through your daily interactions.
- Support retail management with tasks such as data entry, and report organization and research.
- Supervise POS support admin.
- Responsible for making and managing weekly schedules for POS support and be available as needed for coverage of the department.
- Answer phones and emails in a timely manner.
- Follow established procedures but seek to provide ideas and input for improvements.
- Escalate issues when appropriate and work with POS technical team as needed.
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or flex schedule depending on business needs.
- Must exercise confidentiality.
- Provides answers to Retail Stores by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding user through corrective steps
- Improve user references by writing and maintaining documentation
- Develop user training programs and recommend changes
- Identify and escalate problems that require urgent attention
- Maintain and enter data in database by entering data such as style, color, size, width, and price
- Maintain store keys for replenishments

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for 8 – 10 hours.
- Manual dexterity and coordination
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Experience in Microsoft D365 or equivalent ERP system a plus.
- POS or other IT troubleshooting experience a plus
