What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Area Coach, you’ll oversee 5-9 high-volume units, ensuring that all locations meet our operational standards and financial goals. You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, shaping the future of our Phoenix locations and driving success across the district. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving Performance: Meet and exceed budget and financial projections while managing costs and growing sales.
• Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality management candidates to create a strong, motivated team at every location.
• Ensuring Excellence: Implement business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies at all levels to ensure consistency across units.
• Training & Development: Assist with ongoing training programs to enhance staff performance, improve customer service, and support growth.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate on local marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Operational Integrity: Ensure food safety standards and health/sanitation regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Audit & Compliance: Monitor cash control, inventory, property, and equipment procedures, and perform audits to ensure adherence to all labor and safety regulations.
• Administrative Support: Complete all required reports, paperwork, and administrative duties on time and accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of CURRENT Multi-Unit Management experience in a Quick Casual or Casual Dining environment (preferably in a high-volume setting)
• Proven success in driving sales, cost control, and staff development
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing teams
• Ability to travel within the Phoenix area to visit and support all units in your district
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and occasional closing shifts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse teams and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• A passion for pizza and people!
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
