Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial success by ensuring budgets and financial projections are met.
- Lead the recruitment and retention of top-tier management talent.
- Implement business controls and customer service strategies across all levels.
- Regularly visit units to ensure company standards and policies are maintained.
- Support ongoing training programs that boost staff performance and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies that drive district growth.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and develop retention strategies.
- Enforce food safety standards and health/sanitation regulations across locations.
- Monitor cash, property, product, and equipment control procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
- Complete administrative tasks and reports with precision.
