The Human Resources Analyst is part of a dynamic team that is a crucial component to supporting the activities related to Human Resources for the County Office of Education and for the eleven districts that the SBCOE serves. This position is an integral part of the organization that works cross-functionally in providing guidance and support in Human Resources matters. San Benito County is tucked between the San Francisco Bay Area and Monterey Bay. The San Benito County Office of Education supports the diverse educational needs of school districts and students throughout the county. It provides extensive legally-mandated services and develops and implements numerous non-mandated resources and programs to support the schools and districts in its jurisdiction.
