Under the supervision of the Principal, this position is responsible for providing a duty free lunch break to K-6 Office Manager, assisting the K-6 Office Manager with routine office tasks, providing first aid to students, and other related work as required.

Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and take messages
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Administer first aid to students
• Assists Office Manager in updating student records
• Routine filing and copying
