What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Lead position at San Bruno Park School District?
Under general supervision by the Director of MOTF, performs work, plans maintenance work; schedules, assigns priority to, and lays out maintenance projects; oversees and assists in evaluating craft/trade workers; order creation for supplies and equipment; and performs related duties as assigned. Provide evaluation feedback for craft staff evaluations. Creates work order reports and ensures all District urgencies are attended to. Reviews and checks work projects for proper completion and signs off on completed work projects/orders.
