SUMMARY
Responsible for providing children, youth, and families an array of therapeutic services, and working in
collaboration with Wraparound teams; Provision of case management, ongoing collaboration with outside
resources and professionals, and discharge planning for the children/families; Average caseload 15-20
youth/families. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)
- Provision of a full range of diagnostic and brief treatment mental health services including: assessment, evaluation of records, plan development, collateral, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services
- Utilize applicable evidence-based models in service delivery, such as TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused therapy, and Positive Discipline
- Provide group therapy, psycho education, and Parent Management Training groups as assigned
- Assists families in creating crisis/safety plans to prevent/respond to unsafe behaviors or environments that may exist in the home or community
- Participate in Wraparound team meetings as needed
- Provides services in the community in accordance with best practices for this population. Effectively utilizes telehealth as a supplement to meet treatment needs of youth and family as directed by program leadership
- Provides on-call consultation to co-workers and families as assigned by supervisor
- Maintains accurate, complete, and timely case records per requirements of Medi-Cal and SDCC policies
- Coordinates treatment with CFWB social Worker and/or Probation Officer and outside resources including schools, psychiatrists, community outreach programs, family advocacy programs, and others as appropriate
- Required to work multiple evenings weekly as assigned to meet the needs of families
- Fulfills training requirements including Paycom, DEI, safety, SmartCare, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and all applicable EBP training
- Maintains current licensure and completes required licensure CEUs

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical records, journals, reports, and legal documents; Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups; Ability to produce clear, concise, and clinically appropriate records.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Must be registered or in process with BBS in the state of California in social work (ASW/LCSW), psychology (PhD), marriage and family therapy (MFT/LMFT), or professional counseling (APCC/LPCC)
- 1 Year Experience working in Wraparound program
- Clinical experience working with high risk youth and families
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of TF-CBT, CBT, MI, DBT, and trauma informed care is preferred
- LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or PH. D preferred
- Proficient in SmartCare (online medical records system)
- Experience working with CWS or Probation youth
- Bilingual in Spanish

Salary : $68,640 - $71,000
