Mondays-Fridays 1:30pm-5:30pm

Mandatory Requirements:
- Registered Home Health Aide/HCA (Or will be within 30 days of hire)
- COVID Vaccinated (preferred)
- TB Clearance (within 90 days or within 7 days after hire)
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience with Dementia (preferred)
