Pay: $543.45 per shift
Work Hours: Mondays 9 AM through Wednesdays 9 AM, more days may be available in the future.
Location: San Marcos
We have an ambulatory 72-year-old female client living in San Marcos who needs live-in care on Mondays from 9 AM through Wednesdays 9 AM. She needs safety supervision, light transfers, grooming and bathing, light house cleaning, meal prep, and medication reminders, help with errand and appointments. She has edema and is immunocompromised.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Home Care Services Bureau is required. We can help you through this easy process, and if hired, we can reimburse you for application fees.
- A current Tuberculosis test is required.
- You must also have a current California driver's license, car insurance, a clean driving record, and a reliable means of transportation. Our clients will need assistance with appointments and running errands.
Responsibilities:
San Diego Home Caregivers provides a variety of home care services including, but not limited to:
- Companion care
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Personal care
- Respite care
- Memory care
- Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- Hospice support
- Errands and Appointments
We have several shifts available throughout San Diego. Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts. Please reply with your resume and your preferences for shifts. Our pay is $20 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the length of the shift and overtime. 4-hour shifts pay at $23.50/hour. We also offer health insurance. San Diego Home Caregivers has been in business for over 13 years and has helped hundreds of families here in San Diego. Our office is in Mission Valley, but we cover all of San Diego County. Our Care Managers are there 7 days/a week to help you with your scheduling needs.
