We are currently seeking a Client Enrollment Associate to engage with customers, expand our customer base, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales goals to boost company revenue.
Our Client Enrollment Associates provide personalized service to our customers, recognizing that no customer interaction is the same. We are built on the foundation of meeting customer needs and understanding their individual desires. The Client Enrollment Associate will also be responsible for generating new business through customer acquisition, presenting products and services, managing customer accounts accurately, and completing the sales process to leave customers highly satisfied. This position requires a Client Enrollment Associate who demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, leadership, and time management skills within the industry.
Client Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to build professional relationships and provide in-depth information about products and services available specifically to them
- Work closely with other Client Enrollment Associates to learn the process of completing a sale and leveraging available resources to make proper recommendations and meet customer needs
- Build and sustain relationships with customers to inquire about new customer acquisitions and expand customer base
- Continuously seek new ways to enhance the customer experience and the service they receive
- Develop essential skills for being able to hire and train other Client Enrollment Associates to facilitate and exceed the company sales quota
- Collaborate with other departments to increase knowledge and utilize the company's resources of network, technology, and platform to advance position within the company
Client Enrollment Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar position, including customer service, sales, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Self motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Persistence and determination both within the company and when closing a deal
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
- Innovative, adaptable, and creative ideas that will increase value within the company
