Job title: Fabric Cutter/Folder

Work Location: 6 Pine Hill Drive, Carlisle PA

Division/Department: Finishing

Reports to: Production Manager

• Full-time Exempt*
• Part-time Nonexempt*

First Shift - 7:00a-3:30p

*Hours are subject to change with business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hand cutting graphics following customer specifications
• Folding graphics, bagging orders, printing picking tickets and transporting orders to warehouse
• Work effectively as a member of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work situation and assume personal responsibility for own actions.
• Available to work a flexible work schedule especially during our busy season months including ability to work the average amount of overtime for this position, and meet shift rotation requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift 10-25 lbs.

• Using one's own hands and arms in handling, installing, forming, positioning, and moving materials, or in manipulating things, including the use of keyboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
