The District is seeking candidates for Physical Plant Operations Compliance Administrator to support assigned schools/area and other programs.
The Physical Plant Operations Compliance Administrator will assist in the administration of physical plant operations; monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and requirements; manage and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

- Working Location is based out of Physical Plant Operations - 4860 Ruffner Street, San Diego, CA 92111
- Scheduled for 40 hours per week, 12 months per year

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, healthcare management, energy management, business or public administration, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible management or supervisory experience; a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in personnel supervision, budget preparation, purchasing, and stockroom/warehouse logistics. Experience in a K-12 school district is preferred. Registered engineer, certified facilities manager, or certified energy manager is desirable.
