We are looking for an individual to drive revenue and fan enbagement by leading data-driven, high-impact email marketing campaigns, turning fan data into personalized, revenue-driving campaigns that increases ticket and merchandise revenue and deepens fan insights through measurable, scalable storytelling.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Email Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on driving ticket sales, merchandise, promotions, and fan engagement.
• Manage the email calendar, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with Club initiatives, game schedules, and tentpole events.
• Oversee automated email workflows, including but not limited to, welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, Know Before You Go, and post-event follow-ups.
• Implement personalized and dynamic content strategies to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track email KPIs, including open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content formats, and send times to optimize engagement.
• Analyze fan behavior and segmentation data to improve targeting and messaging effectiveness.
3. Segmentation & Audience Development
• Build and refine fan segmentation strategies, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience.
• Leverage ticketing, merchandise, and engagement data to create targeted campaigns for different fan groups.
• Develop loyalty and re-engagement campaigns for season ticket members, lapsed buyers, and first-time attendees.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration & Growth Strategy
• Work closely with ticketing, partnerships, and merchandise teams to align email campaigns with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across email marketing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new email technologies, and best practices to enhance fan engagement and revenue growth.

QUALIFIED?
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital engagement.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking email performance and revenue attribution.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
