What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Bus Driver position at San Dieguito Union High School District?
The School Bus Driver drives a school bus to transport children between home and school and/or on field trips and performs daily inspection and cleaning of assigned vehicles. Hours worked vary depending upon the assigned route and routes are subject to change three times each year. Prior to being eligible for employment, applicants must register with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse. As of January 6, 2020, this clearinghouse will be used to obtain drug and alcohol program violations for commercial driver's license holders prior to employment.
