Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assist with chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients for daily service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep stations.
- Follow food safety regulations and proper storage procedures.
- Support chefs with basic cooking tasks as needed.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions well.
- Strong attention to detail and food safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
