Description
ID#6004A - Provide general maintenance and upkeep of facility, grounds, and equipment, under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in routine preventative maintenance of structures, equipment, plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning.
Assists in minor repairs to include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, cement work, and new construction.
Assist in grounds upkeep, and emergency response clean-ups and repairs.
Assist in interior and exterior painting of offices and homes.
Be able to lift 50 lbs. minimum.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year experience or equivalent training in general maintenance. Basic familiarity with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and mechanics.
Must possess valid CA Driver's License and be insurable by the Center’s auto insurance company.
