Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a hands-on leader by performing the same tasks as the staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist schedulers, front desk staff, and audiology technicians with role-specific concerns and challenges.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between other departments and healthcare providers.
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal provider coverage and service delivery.
- Monitor and implement strategies to reduce patient wait times and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure patient registration, including insurance verification and necessary documentation, is completed prior to appointments.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate supplies and resources.
- Initiate and implement processes to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
