Position Summary
- Responsible for directing and administering the operational functions for our Redwood City Branch.
- Ensures that member service objectives are well supported and delivered.
- Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served.
- Trains, directs and supervises Branch Services Representatives, in addition to other branch support staff.
- Participates in Business Development efforts for the branch.
- Oversees the credit union’s FRAML (Fraud and Anti Money Laundering) program.
