Position Summary
The HR Generalist will serve as a key contributor in managing daily HR operations across a variety of functions. This role involves supporting recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with management and staff to address diverse HR needs.

- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding.
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Benefits and compensation administration.
- Compliance and HR policy management.
- HR administration and reporting.
- 10 years of progressive HR operations experience, in a generalist role, preferable within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Detail-orientated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience within credit union or financial services industry is an advantage.
