Responsibilities
- Learning about our company Canonica chocolate making heritage and our wide collection of imported chocolates and local San Francisco products.
- Training and proper procedure of chocolate handling, cash handling and POS will be provided.
- Expertly address guest questions and suggest the right product to fulfill their needs.
- Create experience through ensuring operational excellence that includes : Meeting and exceeding sales and service goals with ManagementMaintaining visual and merchandising standardsFollowing all safe food handling protocolsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation standards and uniforms.Proper cash handling and inventory controlParticipate in receiving of product delivery that may involve lifting-up to 25 lbs.Must have good communication skills.Must be able to work opening and closing shifts when scheduled at different terminals.
