Retail - Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for our Tewa Market at Totavi, 28 miles NW of Santa Fe towards Los Alamos; our White Rock Market.

About Us

Tewa Markets are managed by San Ildefonso Services LLC established in 2007. San Ildefonso started economic development with a C-Store and Fuel Station. SIS line of business continues to grow, working with federal agencies, state/local governments, the community and neighboring communities to include (2) C-Stores and Fuel stations; federal contracting joint ventures providing building cleaning and maintenance, construction and remediation services, staffing solutions; internet access for all; and solar energy.

The Work

You will contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service to all customers. This job creates an experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality food and beverage products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable site environment. This position acts in accordance with all guiding principles and policies.

Education, Experience and Requirements

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· A high school diploma is preferred.

· Customer Service experience; Convenience store or retail experience preferred.

· Achieve and maintain any required certifications as required by local, state or federal regulating authorities.

Duties

· Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the store and environment,

· Communicate information to the Lead Assistant Manager or General Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to deliver excellence in customer service and products,

· Provide quality food and merchandise products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

· Maintain company standards.

· Act with integrity, honesty and, knowledge.
