We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our products and services in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and deliver tailored solutions. _ Must have proven experience in outside and inside sales or business development, in agriculture with a known customer base. _
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and territory management.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our software tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand your professional network.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in outside and inside sales or business development, in agriculture with a known customer base.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive informed decision-making in sales strategies.
- Familiarity with territory management principles to effectively cover assigned areas.
- Experience in inside sales is a plus, as it enhances collaboration with the broader sales team.
- A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs and preferences.
- The understanding of equipment, auto parts and
- Clean California driver license. ( will need to provide print out )
- Provide a clean drug test. Random drug testing will be done.
- Preferably Bilingual ( English & Spanish )
- Territory will cover Visalia-Bakersfield
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
