Under limited direction of Special Education Program Administrator will provide quality language, speech and hearing services to severely handicapped, orthopedically handicapped, seriously emotionally disturbed, deaf, or communicatively handicapped students, ages 18 months to 22 years, through a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs; a functional, community based curriculum; communication and social skill development; interagency cooperation, and a strong parent-teacher-student linkage.
