The impact you will have: As a Program Analyst in Internal Audit, you will evaluate and examine policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective internal controls and compliance. You will conduct detailed audit procedures that require thorough examination, analysis, and verification of data, operating procedures, and other complex information, as well as write summary reports and responses. You will serve as a liaison between external audit firms and San José Unified staff, as well as play an important project management and coordination role internally. What you need for this position:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in a related area, or 5 years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting and auditing.

- Comfort with Excel pivot tables, vlookups, and if statements, as well as strong report writing skills.
