- Arrive before Shift & Available to Members & Management At Start of Shift
- Keep Front Desk Organized and Presentable At All Times
- Maintain a Professional Appearance & Attitude At All Times
- Greet Members at All Times By Name
- Establish and Maintain Positive Member Relations
- Provide Operational Assistance to Operations Manager
- Help Maintain Coffee Station & Keep Lobby Organized
- Be able to Provide Resourceful Information to Members about Programs and Services.
- Know Emergency Procedures to Follow in Case of an Illness, Accident or Drowning.
- Attend All-Staff In-Service Trainings and Safety Trainings
- Responsible for Assisting with the Fitness Center & Pool Areas
- Complete Any Other Assigned Task Given by the Management Staff
- Assist with Special Events Within Department When Necessary.
- Cleaning Duties as Prescribed by Management & Daily Checklist
- Assist in Minor Maintenance Work and Cleaning During off Periods of the Day.
- Clean Bathrooms When Immediate Attention is Required
- Washing / Stocking Towels Throughout Shift
- Must Be Able to Lift Up to 50 lbs
