SUMMER - CAMP WINTHERS Camp Winthers is a residential summer camp program. Resource Counselors are required to stay on site Monday-Friday and provide 24-hour care for their cabin group of boys or girls ages 9-13. Tent Counselors assist with leading activities while ensuring that their campers have fun and stay safe. You must be at least 16 years old to be a Resource Counselor. This position is for students who have at least one year of experience working at Camp Winthers or similar experience.
