Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Oversee and administer the integrity of HRIS system (HR Hotlink) from Recruitment, Orientation, and the Employee Life Cycle.
- Facilitate conflict management and resolution between employees and management.
- Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
- Assists with Payroll functions and maintains the Employee Calendar.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employee evaluation techniques and performance management systems.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Experience with HR Hotlink or similar HR software platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong conflict management skills with a focus on fostering positive employee relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
