Responsibilities:
- Filing documents
- Greeting clients
- Phone answering
- Arrange schedule appointments for the real estate agents
- Handling delivery of documents (e.g., mailing, pickup and filing)
- Communicate with service providers and vendors
- Ensure scheduled services are completed
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License
- Previous experience in real estate or other related field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
