Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Implement and interpret treatment plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
- Adhere to company policies, including harassment and compliance procedures.
- Display integrity and professionalism by following Life Care's Code of Conduct and completing mandatory training.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and written communication in English.
- Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in post-acute care facilities.
- Able to perform competently in areas including patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
