Licensed Nurses at SLCUSD provide a variety of nursing and specialized health care procedures, administer first aid and medications to students, and perform related duties as assigned.
Assignments will range from 24 - 35 hours per week.
SLCUSD offers medical/dental/vision/retirement (CalPERS) benefits, 13 paid holidays per year for employees on a 10-month work calendar, generous time off accrual rates for vacation and sick leave, and a desirable Monday through Friday daytime work schedule. Additionally, new employees receive a step increase after passing probation, and then annual step increases each year thereafter, up to step 19 on the corresponding salary schedule.
