What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at San Luis Creek Lodge?
San Luis Creek Lodge is looking for a personable and professional Front Desk Agent to join our vibrant team! We pride ourselves on creating meaningful travel experiences for our guests, and there is no better place to do so than at the front desk. Having been awarded a Michelin Key earlier this year, this is an opportunity to work for a nationally distinguished boutique hotel with local, contemporary flair.
Work tasks include, but are not limited to, checking guests in and out, handling payment, communicating with current & future guests, accommodating various requests, and performing the daily operations of the hotel.
Customer service / hospitality experience is greatly preferred as strong communicative, social, & time management skills are key, but we are happy to train the right person for the position, regardless of experience!.
