Job Summary: The job of a School Counselor plays a pivotal role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The primary responsibilities include providing individual counseling sessions, conducting assessments to identify strengths, and offer guidance on academic pathways and career exploration. This position will foster positive relationships with students, teachers, administrators to create an environment for student success. Essential Job Functions:
