REQUIRED:-Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or related field.-Four years of related experience with at least two years working with students with special needs or at promise youth in a classroom or similar learning environment using behavior modification, management, and functional analysis.-Certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or any educational certification (PPS, Teaching Credential, etc.), or Mental Health Certifications (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, LMFT).-Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training within the first 45 days of hire.DESIRED:-Emergency 30 Day Sub Permit or eligibility and willingness to apply.Required specific knowledge, abilities, and experiences:-Facilitate establishment of data collection systems, collect data, and present information visually. -Collect and analyze data for problem solving, decision-making and action planning. -Ability to support three or more schools.-Experience developing, coordinating, and facilitating staff development activities.-Participate in regularly scheduled school-level team meetings. -Provide technical assistance to school-level coaches and administrators. -Ability to exercise sound judgments and decisions and to evaluate the results of those judgments and decisions. -Ability to deal with problems or issues that arise within the scope and skill set of the classification. -Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles including, but not limited to, the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIP), teaching strategies, and strategies in response to social emotional/behavioral concerns and/or problem behaviors among identified students. -Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and BIPs.
