Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for Spa and Salon services taking into consideration the timing and the best practice in ordering of those services
- Knowledgeable about the products and services available within the Spa and Salon to better make recommendations to the guests inquiring about the retail products and services offered
- Complete daily checklists for opening and closing both Front Desk and Men’s and Women’s Spas
- Clean, stock, and maintain the environment of the Back of House areas, Atrium, Front Desk, and Retail areas within the Spa Operations
- Secures the area by ensuring the premises are locked and all electrical equipment has been turned off when opening and closing the Spa and Salon
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP’s of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department
- Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests

Qualifications
- Six months experience as a Salon Receptionist or similar experience
- Able to obtain licenses required by state law
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
